About Me.

I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology, from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2015. I have experience working with individuals who committed violent crimes, including domestic violence and sexual offenses. Over the last 8 years, I have worked with various non-profit organizations. Including survivors of sexual/ domestic violence and most recently an agency that focuses on child welfare and other various community-based resources. Currently, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the states of Illinois, Missouri, and Colorado. My dream has always been to enter the private sector, which is why I started Total Life Wellness PLLC in December 2022. Having my own agency allows me the freedom and flexibility to tailor counseling to my client's needs and goals.
