Infidelity
There are many different forms of infidelity (micro cheating (flirting), pornography use, emotional, physical, affairs). The word is subjective and means different things, to different people. Most people who have experienced infidelity in their relationships want to know the Why(?). Our therapist can help you and your partner explore this in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Even though people know the large cost of cheating, infidelity is common, we can assist clients in exploring the many choices: should I stay, should I go, can we rebuild?
Parenting Challenges
We offer individual or family sessions including both the parent and child, to address parenting challenges. Needs of each family are explored during the consultation phone call, where a plan is developed on how to navigate the specific situations your family may be experiencing. A blend of individual, couples, or family sessions may be suggested. Issues may range from postpartum, post-adoption depression, parenting medically complex children, parenting a teenager with mental health diagnoses, co-parenting, and divorce challenges.
