My approach to therapy is dynamic and client-centered. Together, we’ll determine which methods best support your unique goals and needs. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relaxation and Stress Management, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am a Licensed Social Worker with experience in community mental health. I believe that everyone deserves a life that feels joyful, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Therapy can be a powerful tool to help you find balance and peace when life’s challenges feel too heavy to manage alone.
I understand that taking the first step toward seeking help can be intimidating, and my goal is to make that process a little easier. I offer an open-minded, empathetic, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe, seen, and heard.

Together, we will identify the root causes of your struggles, set meaningful goals, and work through the barriers that may stand in your way. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward reaching your fullest potential.
